Pricing Terms and Conditions

The product prices listed on the portal/website/store are the initial prices for sale. However, these prices may change, be revised, or discounted by the company's pricing policy, and such changes can occur without prior notice before a purchase is finalized. The listed price does not include shipping and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. While RMOX makes every effort to display correct prices, technical or system errors may lead to mispricing. In such cases, if the actual price is less than the listed price, you (the user) will be charged the lower, accurate price. If the actual price is higher, we have the discretion to either reach out to you for approval to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order, informing you of the cancellation and the reason. If you find that a product was overcharged during shipping/shopping, RMOX will refund the extra amount to the same debited payment method.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

RMOX strives to meet your selected delivery time, but please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed due to various factors such as inclement weather, road safety concerns, government guidelines, etc. In case of any unforeseen issues, you will be promptly notified and issued a refund. If you happen to miss a delivery, the order may either be returned to the store or left at your doorstep after notification. In such cases, you can apply for refunds through RMOX's return/refund/exchange policy. Details about unavailable items can be found on the respective pages of the portal/website/store. The available items will be delivered, and you will receive a refund for the remaining products. If RMOX has to cancel your order, we will let you know and issue a refund. Please keep in mind that you cannot change the delivery address after 24 hours from order placement. If you want products sent to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders. During shipping, you may receive a pickup code (optional) for easier order retrieval. However, please do not share this code with others, as we cannot be held responsible for refunds if it is used by someone else.
